Refund policy

Refunds are available when you cancel at least 3 days before your dinner. Your refund will include the ticket price minus a $2.50 cancellation fee.

You may also cancel for dinner credits instead of a refund. Credits are valued at the ticket price of the dinner you cancelled and can be applied to a future booking in this community. If the next dinner costs more, you can pay the difference; if it costs less, leftover credit value stays on your account.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the dinner are not eligible for a refund. You can still cancel to release your seat and let the host and other guests know you will not be attending.

Refund eligibility is determined by when you cancel. Once the 3-day cancellation deadline has passed, refunds are not available for non-attendance or dissatisfaction with the dining experience.
